I have recently added 1 day in a week of cardio/HIIT type of training . The goal is to work on my cardiovascular output also try to help in reduce fat if possible . (21% bf now )
Part of the workout is endurance based and hard on the quads n calf specifically.
Want to know if increasing the endurance of muscle provides any added benefit for hypertrophy in the long run ? Or in anyway can it be detrimental?
