I love a good energy drink and I do keep them to a bare minimum ( 4 maybe 6 a week at most) and also sugar-free. I don’t drink soda or sugary drinks and the sugar-free Rockstars do not spike my blood sugar levels. I’ve tested my blood multiple times at certain times to see if there was a spike which there is none.
I don’t drink them for energy, that’s something I don’t lack at all. I know the ingredients aren’t the greatest and are usually high in sodium but from your standpoint what are your thoughts on the? I’m not doing comps or meets but just curious as to what you’d think.
