    Hi Joe,

    My energy levels suck.

    I sleep around 6.5-7 hours a night ( I know I need to bump those rookie numbers up to 8+)

    I have been trapped in the pre workout bubble now for years. Should I lay off for a specific amount of time? Have tried stim free but just doesn’t cut it.

    I have a good nutrition diet but didn’t know if you could suggest anything else to help with energy levels.

    I’m typically working 5:30am until 8pm everyday, so caffeine is massively relied on.
