I just got the app and had a question regarding the training volume, I currently train for 2+ hours 6 times a day. Would dropping to 3/4 workouts a week be a bad thing? My body responds very well to the 6 day training. I was thinking of running your better half and adding the lower days from anti flamingo to push it to 5 days. Your thoughts? Appreciate the advice and awesome app
