    Basically the title but for more nuance, currently just finished the 1st week of HC gives you wings and was just wondering how I should go about the training moving forward (only have a pull up bar, rings, and a set of resistance bands at home).

    And itโ€™s possible the lockdown may extend depending on how Victoria holds and does during this time.
