I recently dropped 10 pounds but realized I was not eating enough. I know to drop my goal of 25 or so pounds I’ll need to do it slower and steadier to not look like a bag of milk
Question: the app currently recommends 3150 calories. Would you recommend eating in that range for a while to allow metabolism to stabilize? What metrics would you look at before driving calories lower?
Thanks Bryce. I’d didn’t necessarily mean the specific calories. I appreciate the help and advice though and get what you’re saying about performance. I am going to try to find my maintenance and determine that before I start stressing dropping more weight. Thank you!
