Hey Coaches.
I have two questions about an excercise swap in the leg workout.
1. The first squat movement. I don’t have excess to a Savety bar and i hate front squats. So my Solution would be Smith Machine Squats with feet slightly foward. This way i come to full knee flexion and i feel the quads really good. Is this redundant to the hack squat that comes later in the workout or a good option?
2. Sometimes i don’t have excess to a lying leg curl machine. But i can swap this only into a seated leg curl which is an excercise that is already in the workout so that doesn’t make much sense right? What is the next best option to a machine? Cable? Dumbell?
