Hi Guys, what would be the best substitute to replace Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats that will work the same muscles?
I get pain in both knees on the Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats which leads to my form not being great. Ill give Walking Lunges a try. Thanks Joe
