I have been going to the gym for over 2 years, but I am having issued to reduce the fat on my belly and back. I do classes (Spinning, total body, body pump, dance fit and abs, booty and legs), but I feel I need more work outs for my core. I’ve nice toned arms and legs, but my midsection is not toned eventhough I have a strong core. I would like to know which exercises I can do at the gym on the machines to improve this. Thank you.
