    Hi, I’m a middle-aged novice with 18 months experience. Just got the lifetime membership. Thinking I should start at the beginning with the full body focker program.

    I would like to include low bar back squats (perhaps swap it for the programed hack squat?) on just one of the three full body days (I realize hacks are far superior to low bar for quads -so just one day of back squats preferred/enough).

    How can I do that on the program/ logbook?

    Has taken me a loooong time to get somewhat comfortable with squatting and I’d like to keep it minimally in rotation throughout the programs I do on the app – so I don’t lose the ability. Hypertrophy is my main goal but I would also really like to slowly progress from current 100kg to 140kg on the back squat.

    Please advise best way to include a couple of sets of low bar squats each week on the app’s full body program.

    Absolutely loving the app, especially the wealth of information.
