So I know from being on this app and following you guys on IG that in the grand scheme of things this probably doesn’t change much & it’s probably me overthinking. But wanted to ask just to get a more specific insight.
On P/P/L, Leg day starts with Seated Leg Curls then safety bar squats
The time I go to the gym if a squat rack is available I jump on it and do the squats first cause I don’t know if it will be free when I need it & don’t feel like waiting 15 minutes to squat.
Any specific reasons or benefits behind the leg curls being done before squats or doing the squats first
