    My legs have always lagged, unfortunately. As I’ve tried to develop them I’m still really struggling to improve my quads; specifically my vastus medialis and lateralis towards the knee/patella tendon. Basically my legs looks thinner than they really are and are underdeveloped closer to the knee. Any recommended exercises or anything to help bring them up? Thanks!

    There is nothing you can do to target different heads of the quads unfortunately. Just keep progressing in your quad dominant exercises.
