    Hi Joe/Bryce,

    I had a question about swapping an exercise from upper lower split. Lower days start with either safety bar high heel squat or front squat. The gym I currently go to doesn’t have a safety bar or the ramp for the incline, and I can’t seem to get a hang of front squats (go as close as I manage to GH joint and try not to rest the bar on my shoulders but they’re still the limiting factor).
    So i was a bit unsure as to wether I should try using plates or floor mats instead of the ramp, keep trying to learn how to front squat, or try a different exercise.
