Hi coaches, I’ve just finished the ppl split and am going to carry on with the plan due to numbers consistently going up with standardised form. I do hack squats with no band do you think it would be a good option to swap out lunges at the end of the workout for leg extension so the quads get trained through full contractile ranges every session. Also my gym has a nautilus leg extension so it would be rude of me not to? 👀 Thank you
