I have noticed that i have been stalling on the incline press for like 3 months now. My form is great and i even pause on the bottom so i push from a dead stop.
What do you suggest? Something with the same profile like swap it with a barbell? Or just do another exercise on a different angle
But would it make a difference if i change movement patterns while in a cut? Because i will start doing new movements it will get some time to get used to it. Will that be something to worry about while in a diet?
