Hey Joe and Bryce.
Ive checked some routines and this is just the noob in me wondering
Most of your programs do Incline bench, db bench, heel elevated squat (does this count with a oly shoe?)
I notice in subs the other variants come in, but do you think bb bench/ohp/dl are needed or optimal since mostly your exercise selection are abit different then lets say starting strength and such?
I know every exercise works, but I just wanted to know why you give some exercises preference 🙂 this is coming from a noob whos always been told to do the big 4
