    Hey guys can you give me your thougths on my exercise selection and order?

    My main focus for the next 12 weeks are shoulder chest and then triceps.

    Push 1
    Nautilus chest press pin
    Roller cable flyes
    Banded incline smith press

    Lying lateral raises
    Cable y raises

    Triceps cable pushdown

    Push 2
    Nautilus shoulder press
    Standing lateral raises
    Reverse pec deck

    Decline DB bench press
    Cuffed incline flyes

    Jm smith press banded
    Seated overhead cable cross triceps

    So when you say refined or changed you mean i can basicly move triceps exercise befor chest exercise if neccesary . If i feel like everytime i get to triceps i am gased out i could make the change to see how that would feel on my perfomance off the triceps?. If i understud u right
