I’m 6’6″ and my torso is on the long side. My inside leg only runs 35 so I find exercises like RDLs, deadlifts, and sometimes squats put more strain on my lower back as I have so much more body that hinges on it.
Joe, I know you have said that exercise selection is simply up to the individual. I enjoy doing the aforementioned exercises but I’m not looking to break any records here. If I can stimulate growth and protect my back that would be ideal.
