    Hi joe,
    Know you have probably answered this question a thousand times but how important is exercise selection, I’ve used the workout builder and there’s a lot of exercises o don’t have access to or haven’t done for example one of the push days had lying cuff lateral raises is there really any difference between that and say a seated dumbbell raise progress wise or is it more a case of longevity with joints and ligaments?

    Also will it matter how many of the exercises are varied as long as they are exchanged for a similar exercises with the same movement pattern, sorry if this is poorly worded wasn’t quite sure how to convey my point
