    If we want it prioritize one muscle more than the others, should we change the sequencing around to hit that muscle first?

    For example, I’m doing the Come Here Cannonballs program and want to bring up my medial delt. On the delt training days, Should I put medial delt exercises like delt-Y raises before shoulder press? Or is it more beneficial to follow the sequence?
