Looking for your opinion on my set up here. My goal was to bias my long head in my fully lengthened position.
Still fine tuning my resistance profiles and set ups. I took a screen shot of my lengthened position and my stopping point.
Looks like I could have better shld ext with a upright torso. I felt a better connection with slight ER in this position as well.
Your thoughts? Also, how much do you value “sensation” with your single joint work. I try not to base single joint exercises on sensation but we alm love to “feel” it working. Especially when this comes to our clients.
