Just looking at the overview of the ppl 2.0 programme i think i’ll find it difficult to do some of the exercises due to not having the equipment. Is there a way to substitute an exercise and a way to know what the best substitution is?
I apologise if this is is after we select “start workout” haven’t done that yet as not starting until later
Perfect joe thankyou! Just finished lower A but didn’t have to use it this time. Just altered them slight . I.e. plates under heels rather than what you use and a 45° leg press rather than what you used in the “how to videos”
