Hi first of all I’m really enjoying the workouts and they’re really helping me get back to my pre-covid strength for which I’m thankful to the HC team.
I’m following the PPL delt specialization and it has Front Squats which I’m kind of uncomfortable doing and the fact that the squat rack is almost always in use makes it worse. I was thinking of switching it with Leg Press as its mostly free and I’m also more comfortable on it. What’s your opinion on that?
Also even though my traps don’t really need direct work and they are one of my better muscle groups I just enjoy doing shrugs too much 😆 and wanted to do them on delts day but couldn’t find them in exercise selection menu please add them 😄.
