    Hello!

Since my gym lacks both the chest supported t-bar row as well as a high quality chest supported row of any sort, I wonder if it’d be all right to swap that out for a one arm barbell row in the style of John Meadows as that would both allow good alignment with the lats as well as good bracing. If not, I can always set up a free weight version using a cambered bar/dumbbells and an incline bench.

Same question with regards to the normal barbell row though, considering swapping it out for the good old Meadows row for the same reason – really good alignment with mid trap fibers + way better bracing than the barbell row. Figured the lower back would get hit hard enough by the RDL on pull day + squats on leg day anyway.

Would those substitutions work okay, especially considering the fact my technique would be better with these subs?

Awesome app, thanks a lot for the high quality information!

Makes a lot of sense, thank you for the help! Will try to apply those principles to the necessary substitutions.
