I only have a rack, barbells (including specialty bars), dumbbells, landmine, single Jerry rigged pulley, incline bench and tons of weight. No machines in my garage. How much am I losing out by having to substitute, for example, dumbbell flys for lying cuff lateral raises, and rear delt rows for reverse pec deck flys and so on?
Is there any possibility of implementing an exercise swap feature or custom exercise options? I know it’s not ideal but might be helpful for some users with limited options.
