So my gym doesn’t have a true hack squat machine, lying leg curl, or Swiss bar. Right now I’m on the Armageddon program. I was thinking about doing smith hack squats, Nordic curls, and neutral grip dumbbell press. Would those be good substitutes? We also have a standing ham curl machine but I can never get set up right for the proper leverages because it’s honestly a bad machine.
