I may be incorrect in this assumption since I only watch the videos and do t have personal contact with him, but is seems that with Jordan Peters’ arm training he swaps out movements when they stop progressing for himself and his clients, where as it seems like with Joe and Terrence’s arm training you guys ride out some of the same movements longer and grind out progression with those movements but just a little slower. Since both of you guys get results, do you think there’s a clear reason for sticking with the same movements even when progress is tapering off as opposed to switching to a new movement for the same muscle group that could possibly be progressed faster?
