I’m in a place where I can deprioritize everything else so as to train my arms 3 times a week like I’ve heard you both mention. Do you recommend having the same exercises performed each session 3 times a week or have 3 different set of exercises, each performed once per week so that overuse injuries don’t occur?
Obviously not them but I’m actually doing the same thing (one tricep exercise on pull days, one bicep on push days) and I do some crossover but try to have as much variety that still allows for progression/movements I love
