Hey Joe,
In your experience how often should you vary exercises in your workout program? Is there a difference in how long you can and should do the meat and potato movements compared to more pump/metabolic/finishers? After following a lot of your content my opinion has shifted to the view that if you have exercises with a good resistance profile, you can probably with the same exercises for months to years at a time, as long as the effort and execution is there. But do you find you or your clients getting stale, both physically and mentally, with the same routine?
