Hi, I was curious about your opinion on exercise variety for weak points (mine is chest), but more specifically if less or more exercises is better. I personally have a harder time feeling my chest than I do any other muscle group, but I do of course still feel the muscle working.

My question is do you think I should limit the number of exercises and just account for more sets on a given exercise, or if being flexible with it is okay. I personally have no preference as it is, so I hope you can answer this. Thanks!
