Just when you click on the calendar section and then select exercises and it shows the total volume lifted for a particular exercise.
I beat myself up sometimes, but should the total number be increasing every week or just gradually over time 3-6 months?
I notice I may increase a weight on RDL for example, but I hit a few less reps and my total weight volume is less than the previous session. Is this a bad thing?
