    I’m on week 11 of the power program. Looking to extend this for another 2 months before I start cutting for summer next year. What’s the best approach? Fall back 4 weeks and work it again? Add more sets on the strength movements of week 12 and set new 1 rep max’s? Great program has taught me what intensity really means! All suggestions welcomed.

    Thanks Bryce, great insight. The whole program was improved progress. Doing a deload week then starting over and cleaning up form and focus.
