Hey, let say if you want to do 1 or 2 extra sets. When you do set 1: 6-8 and set 2: 8-12. What would be a 3 set?
Do you want to stay on the 8-12? Or would you back off more to 12-15 and 15-20 if you would want to do a extra set?
good question I’ve done a further back-off so it would be 12-15 but I’m not sure that’s right – this is also for calves
