    Is training just shy of failure 1-3 rir but still focusing on progressive overload when training week to week still good enough to maximise muscle growth?

    Cause I have found that when I train to failure, especially first exercise in. I found that it was hard to progress on the upcoming exercises within the session. I also found it harder to recover for the next upcoming sessions.
