Failure?

    Currently doing PPl…

    For weeks 3-4 and beyond how would I go about doing the listed sets.

    For example one exercise says set 1 is 5-8 reps and set 2 is 8-12 reps. Are both of these to failure?

    Also on the double drop sets how would those be done in regards to failure? All sets to failure? Only the 15-20 and the drops?
