Right now I’m prepping for my first show and recently I’ve decreased my calories again. The thing is that I am subtracting most of my kcal from fats, and trying to save as many carbs on my diet as I can, to keep pump/ performance in the gym as high as poss and not lose more of my strength. The question is, do you think it’s good to have around 20-30g of fat per day during last month of my prep?
Have you ever tried this method and did it worked ?
