    Hey coaches, i started working out 7-8 months ago and was in deficit for all these months, i lost body fat and around 20kg weight too although i lost fat fairly from body but still i have fat in chest and roughly around 18-19% body fat but i look too skinny as when someone sees me it looks kinda im underweight probably like skinny fat.
    So i started bulking as I don’t have muscle mass, but the main thing that concerns and makes me uncomfortable is my chest fat. Over a period of time building chest muscles and adding muscles overall will help me solve that or should i do anything more because i dont wanna do more fat loss it probably will make me look even more skinnier ?

    Also during bulk is it okay if my protein is same as during fat loss (2.2/kg) and i increased carbs and little fats. And can i also have the same amount of high carbs and calories on rest days too ?

    Thankyou so much for detailed explanation Coach. Just a follow up question if i stay on maintenance can i still expect progress in terms of muscle growth and overall recomp, i thought of staying at maintenance but i thought recomp is only for beginners since im already working out from 7-8 months will that thing still work for me?
