    Hey guys, just had a question about fatigue while lifting and some good ways to “cool down” after lifting. I was watching a john meadows video (RIP) about CNS fatigue vs muscle fatigue. I just didn’t get the full idea warped around how to tell which is which. Can CNS fatigue also be felt through out the day/rest days? Another question is I was watching Joe’s supplement video and on his post workout supps for “cooling down” he says that the CNS is relative to anabolism/catabolism (I think). Is there a good way to cool down with out supps? I’m in college and don’t really have the extra money to spend on supps really at all. Sorry for the long summary and questions. Hope they make sense
