Hay I’m low in budget and am trying to keep costs down and meals as simple as possible. My fats need to be at about 100g a day. I am getting some fats from walnuts and some from dairy. Is it alright to fill out the rest,( almost 50g) with just olive oil. In Germany Avocado is expensive and usually need to throw about half of them away. Thanks!
I’m not sure why you would need to go down that route. I assume you eat animal protein, none of them are fat free. You can replace chicken breast with chicken thighs, salmon has a ton of oil, cheese, butter, beef… I am very poor and I have no issues hitting 80g of fat without splashing out on avocados. There are also biscuits 😋
