    hi just curious as to what people use as their main fat sources?I’m following meal planner and meal one is 56g of fat, any ideas would be great.

    Hello Luke, here’s what I am using currently.

    In no specific order:

    Red meat, extra virgin olive oil, omega 3/fish oil, eggs and nuts. Occasionally avocados when they are in sale.

    Oh and sometimes dark chocolate (>70%) as well.

    Most of my fats come from fat derived within protein sources.

    Direct fat sources can be:
    Avocados
    Mac Nut Oil
    Coconut Oil
    Olive Oil
    Avocado Oil
    Nuts and seeds that you digest well
    Ghee
    Grass Fed Butter

    I am having a similar issue, I am meant to have a meals with 19g of protein and 56g of fat. I surely cant cook with that much oil?

    Hey Stacey! Those numbers sound off. Can you send me your email so I can have support look at your macros. Make sure something didn’t mess up on our end
