Currently finishing up the 6th week of the powerbuilder program and have a couple of issues / problems.
The weights are starting to feel very heavy, I’m missing reps on the main compound movements, feeling the low back so much that it’s messing up my form on the deadlift and squat (i just can’t handle the two in one week with heavy weight) right shoulder aching (messing up my form), overall feeling beat-up. I am limiting my kcal as I want to lose some fat. What would you recommend I do? Switch programs? Take a break? I would like to finish what I started as I’m very OCD about completing a task but fear injury or something bad. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED 🙏🏻
