1. What is the best way to make your feet stronger? I know y’all would recommend barefoot style shoes, but apart from that, do you guys believe in any sort exercises for your feet specifically? Apart from broga. For instance, are there specific ways to make my big toe control better, like extending it without moving other toes?
2. Do you guys do any balance drills in your lives currently? How important do you think balance is? If you recommend practicing it, how would you go about it?
