Do you have any female programs on the app? I am in the gym 5 days a week. I see on the website you have a bunch of great stuff for females but I donβt see anything on the app that I can log and use.
Thanks! I started anti-flamingo last week and added some exercises as well. Then took a day from the glutes only and added that. I just wanted to make sure I was on the right track. I love the program and app, very helpful and informative. Thanks for getting right back to me.
