I had a question about female figure prep
I work with a girl and we had mostly done powerlifting with some metabolic pump work on the end of her session.
Now she wants to take her training a different direction and focus on preparing for a figure comp, at least take a trial run with training and nutrition.
In preparing for figure 12 weeks away does the training split change much than in off season and the closer towards comp would the training intensify much ie a drop off in volume or would the trend be a constant one.
I had a look online for some resources but nothing I seen that she’d light on the subject. If you know of any I’d love to read them
