I have been dieting and losing fat for alittle over a year and I am at 200 down from 260. I am trying to get down to 180 but I find it hard to lose the last 20 pounds. I have just been doing the lifting portion of the program. Would you suggest that I add in cardio or cut calories.
I’d say bothI like to start on a caloric deficit only until I reach a sticking point/flatline in my weight loss and then I throw in some cardio (20 mins LISS daily) and push down calories simultaneously…Then I Alternate between pulling down calories and pushing up cardio …
