Currently doing the 2021 Olympia prep which extended to 12 weeks. I see week 12 is the same as previous weeks. Do you advise keeping the weights intensity the same during final week of prep? Or do you suggest a shift to something different? If the challenge happened to end on a Sunday (or competition was on Sunday) what might that look like? Thank you
Great responses. Thank you. Is cardio stopped those last two days as well? Maybe just some walking a few times a day in addition to posing? I know this becomes all variable on the individual but general rule of thumb? Thanks again.
