Hey coaches I was on the powerbuilding program and loved the amount of volume and upper body results I was getting and strength gains as well. I’m picking a new program now that I’m not able to squat heavy/bench press heavy cause of an injury in my upper back and shoulders makes both those movements uncomfortable with heavy loads. I’m looking at choosing a new program and want to really bring up my chest/lats/arms. I picked the peck augmentation program but am a little worried as I don’t see too much arms in the program and was wondering what the best program would be for my current hypertrophy goals. Would I be better off adding an arm/delt day to Peck augmentation and maybe a day with some extra lat movement as well? Thanks for the help!

Also I had this selected to go into the training forum but it went into nutrition, so I copied it over to try again and see if it was an error since I had bad service at the time and then it posted in the supplements forum. Not sure if it’s a bug or a service provider glitch thingy.

Thanks for the response Joe! Loving the app and all you do man. I had one last question for you on that note. My execution for working sets is pretty solid, but if I’m not feeling as fatigued as someone who has mastered execution should I bump up the 2 working sets to 3 in a program like terrences? Or should I stick to the 2 and see how drained I am after a few weeks from it?

Always wondered about this topic thanks for the detailed input Joe! I wish the professors at my college had a quarter of the brain power as you. I began Terrence’s current program today and love it. Have a blessed day
