Hey Joe, I’ve had a chronic pain in my glutes and low back for 2 years. It’s at the point where the only lower body stuff I do is rehab attempts. I’ve seen all kinds of practitioners. A Chiropractor, physical therapists, an orthopedist. I know there’s no way for you to diagnose but can you point me in a direction? I want to be able to move like an athlete and train lower body again.

I suffer with a similar problem but mine is all lumber spine L3-L4 area. I can literally pull a muscle tying my shoe laces & be in pain for a week. MRI has shown degenerative disc disease but it flares up to create a bulging disc. All rehab exercise have done nothing
