Thank you 🙏 I start Monday, we’ll see how recovery goes. My lower body typically recovers harshly (doms 4-5 days) but I’ve never consistently trained them hybrid. Upper body I’m almost always ready in 2-3 days
Hey coach I’m having trouble recovering with the leg days, I feel like the volume was really high with 3 working sets because I was used to doing 2 working sets like you normally do, or maybe I should bring the intensity down a little bit?
