Hi Joe! Thanks for everything you do? I was wondering if it is okay to switch to out the incline barbell press for the flat barbell press in the Pec Augmentation program. Or in the alternative, would it be better to just add the flat barbell bench and keep the incline barbell. Also, do you think48, it would be better to move the flat barbell bench to the first exercise of those two chest workouts per week? Right now I’m 26 and I flat bench 315, but my ultimate goal is 400 (my dad benched 400 when he was 16 😅).
Thanks Joe! Do you think that for flat bench I should stay within the 6-8 rep range or do lower reps for that one exercise? Or do something like a 10-6-3 or another pyramid? I asked my dad but he is just a freak who was like “I added 5lbs a week” which is something I can’t do.
